Job Summary

New Horizon Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Service Manager to oversee care coordination efforts for our diverse client base. This role requires a strong background in mental health services and excellent leadership skills.

About the Position

The successful candidate will lead a team of care coordinators in providing high-quality services to our clients. They will be responsible for ensuring that all clients receive evidence-based interventions and have access to necessary resources.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of care coordinators to ensure they meet performance standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote effective care coordination.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and healthcare providers to secure services and resources for clients.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of care coordination services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Counseling.
  • Three years of experience in mental health services, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Social Security, and other entitlement programs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$75,000 based on qualifications and experience.
