Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a scribe in morning report capturing all items reported and documenting in the EMR in real time.
  • Participate in IDT meeting as a scribe documenting in EMR the information shared in the meeting in addition to ensuring all elements of the IDT process are completed prior to closure.
  • Documentation of IDT attendance with corresponding roles.
  • Verifying assessment by appropriate IDT member has been completed in response to SDRs.
  • Daily review of PCP notes of participants seen in clinic to ensure all orders and referrals are documented in the EMR and schedulers are notified of external appointment requests.
  • Prompt notification to Quality Director of any identification of non-compliance.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 per year
