About the Role:- Lead a team of nurses and patient care technicians to provide high-quality patient care in a dialysis setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular patient assessments and adjust care plans as needed to ensure the highest level of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-care and independence.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- At least 18 months of registered nursing experience, preferably in dialysis or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
