Our client, a top-tier financial services company is seeking a Manager within their syndicate loan processing team. Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee the daily processing activities for all asset types (Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, CDS) ensuring efficiency and accuracy.- Supervise a team of analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance management.- Investigate and resolve discrepancies by reviewing source documentation and communication from the agent bank.- Ensure proper monitoring of facilities and handle exception items by reviewing system-generated reports.- Act as a key point of contact for high-level inquiries from internal management and external clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.- Coordinate with various departments to gather pertinent information and ensure accurate data reflection in the system.- Handle complex client and departmental requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.- Lead special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.- Implement and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks.- Maintain strong relationships with senior members of client organizations, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Basic Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and poise.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize complex issues and projects to completion.- Proficiency in internet-based applications and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.- Demonstrated ability to think laterally, analyze issues effectively, and question current processes for improvements.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and complex information clearly and concisely.- Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude, capable of working well in teams and independently.- Experience in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction.- Ability to manage projects independently when required.- Customer service experience from any field is a plus.- Syndicated loan experience is a big plus.

Additional Qualifications:- Experience with WSO and/or LoanIQ processing.- Background in private debt and broadly syndicated loan processing.- Experience in syndicated loan-specific cash reconciliation and/or position reconciliation.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or Economics.- 5+ years of work experience within the financial and/or syndicated loan industry.- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
