Essential Functions: Execution and processing of weekly billings and periodic financial reporting for North America’s Contract Manufacturing business Assist Sales Account Managers, Plant Controllers, and Account Receivable teams in research, troubleshooting, and resolving CoPack related matters. Prepare billing adjustment documentation and monitor approval workflows Update and maintain amortization schedule and minimum volume trackers Update and maintain customer contract matrix Review and audit contract warehousing rates to rates in ERP system Prepare and maintain customer inventory reports Prepare and post recurring journal entries in preparation for month-end close Prepare and update assigned balance sheet reconciliations with manager reviews Support accounting team with periodic audit requests Assist with TradeSpend CoPack accounting Develop a solid understanding of the business and customer needs Proactive approach to analyzing accounting/financial data and relevant customer issues Maintain SOPs for CoPack processes Assist and perform ad hoc requests as needed to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction Ad hoc reporting/projects as needed Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in Invoice Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Finance. Knowledge of SAP or other large ERP system preferred. Intermediate MS Excel skills. Proficient in MS Office and other applications. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures Ability to process customer claims and requests Solid data entry skills with regard to speed and accuracy. A self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced office setting. Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills. Skills/Qualifications: Organized and detail-oriented Strong cross functional collaboration Continuous improvement mindset High level of accountability. A self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently. Ability and willingness to work in high functioning dynamic team environment Strong customer service orientation Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Working Requirements: Based in Tampa Corporate office with no travel requirements. This position is in office four days a week.
