Position Overview

The Content, Social Media & Events Coordinator is responsible for leading our social media strategy (ie twitter), executing on campaigns, planning events & conferences, and supporting our brand strategy. In this role you will have the opportunity to partner with our small, high impact team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Twitter and Discord Create high-quality content tailored to the crypto and DeFi community Monitor, track, and report on social media metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and queries to foster positive relationships and growth Plan, coordinate, and execute on events at industry conferences Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials for events, ensuring consistent messaging and branding Assist in post-event evaluation and reporting to measure success and gather insights for future improvements Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in social media management and event coordination Experience within cryptocurrency is a must, experience in DeFi is highly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to the crypto community. Proficiency in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and event management software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi concepts, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Benefits
