Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of a bachelors degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of healthcare business experience (EX: customer service, sales, marketing, market access experience, operations, supply chain, analytics, account management) is required.
  • Experience managing Access & Affordability programs (e.g., HUB, Coupon) preferred.
  • Budget management experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of supplier management is preferred.
  • Candidate must have strong business acumen and demonstrate confidence, emotional intelligence, and empathy to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Subject Matter Expert in Excel preferred.
  • Must be capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills, agility, and pro-active relationship management in a multi-matrix stakeholder environment, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment; Commitment to diversity and inclusion to foster best thinking across the team.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to manage conflict and defuse difficult situations.
  • Relationship building: Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated track record for forging strong, productive relationships with a diverse array of customers and colleagues.
  • Collaboration: Effectively work in a team environment that will require you to coordinate activities and build partnerships across multiple internal/external organizations.
  • Resourcefulness: Skilled in using personal knowledge and any other available resources to resolve problems for customers and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Accountability: Eager to set ambitious goals and take ownership of results. Proactive defining actions and following through.
  • Flexibility: Can dynamically adjust priorities due to changing circumstances.
  • An agile learner who is comfortable operating in complex environments.
