You will be a member of the SMOx team, which streamlines processes & shapes organizational standards that drive innovation and enable executional excellence for patients & HCPs. You will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders across Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine who are responsible for PSP ownership, development, approval and execution. This includes PECS, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Legal, Health Care Compliance (HCC), Finance Fair Market Value (FMV) team, SCG Offer Development, Procurement, Privacy and others as necessary based on program elements.

**A Day in the Life**

Every patient’s healthcare experience is unique - shaped by personal experiences and beliefs, the presence or absence of support networks, provider and payer dynamics, and socioeconomic factors. For many patients, the decision to start or stop a treatment is overwhelming. Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine recognizes this, and wants to create an experience that is personalized, helpful, and hopeful.

The **Manager, SMOx **is responsible for shaping processes that build industry-leading patient support across the PECS organization.
- **PECS Process Training**:Develop and implement process trainings to drive consistency, efficiency, and compliance within team operations and across PECS. Provide and track metrics to report process improvements that make impact to patient starts and stays.
- **Issue Management/Patient Support Program (PSP) Meeting Ownership**:Own Issue Management/PSP Review Meeting with a focus on streamlining both processes.
- **Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) Rules of Engagement (ROE) Management**:Maintain FRM ROE, working closely with program owner, Legal, HCC, Privacy, and other SMEs across Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.
- **Program Oversight**:Provide guidance, oversight, and training to program owners to ensure compliant management of programs.
- **Project Management**:Influence, adapt, and effectively prioritize deliverables in a dynamic environment with matrixed cross-functional partners and external vendors to ensure smooth and compliant implementation of new programs and enhancements.
- **Effective Communication**:Deliver and create clear and concise communications and presentations using approaches that highlight the most pertinent information for key business partners and stakeholders and drive appropriate and timely execution.
- **Data Analysis**:Interpret results of data analysis and understand business implications that are important to business partners and stakeholders.
- **Cross Functional Collaboration**:Partner with other SMEs across the Enterprise to ensure appropriate review, alignment, and guidance have been obtained.
- **Supplier Oversight**:Manage supplier oversight by supporting the delivery of Compliance Governance Committee meetings to ensure appropriate quality and compliance oversight specifically as it relates to Agreements and control documents, work with audit team to drive audit remediation efforts, working with Program Owner, Supplier, HCC and Law Department to ensure remediations are effective and efficient and completed timely.
- **Program Enhancement**:Collaborate with Associate Director and across PECS Team regarding emerging issues identified in execution and maintenance of Programs to enhance program design, development and execution strategies to drive program compliance.
- **Culture**:Support a culture of learning, smart risk-taking and experimentation to create a program and process operational Center of Excellence within and across therapeutic areas.
