We are seeking a dynamic District Sales Manager to establish and drive robust home sales within our three (3) property portfolio located in the Kansas City, Kansas region. Overview: As the District Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving aggressive sales targets and executing strategic initiatives to achieve planned goals and objectives. You will focus on converting renters into homeowners by fostering strong resident relationships and nurturing key client connections. Collaboration with your follow team members and the stakeholders involved with operations will be essential to align sales efforts with broader business goals. Additionally, you will interact with team members at the corporate office, at the respective property locations and with home lenders to ensure an efficient and streamlined sales program is achieved. Responsibilities: Achieve ambitious sales goals and implement effective strategies maximize output (closings). Oversee full sales process from deal (customer) procurement to closing (transaction coordination) Manage home inventory and maintain accurate sales records. Provide detailed reports on sales activities and progress toward goals. Support sales efforts by participating in calls and meetings. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness and success. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with management to align sales initiatives with business objectives. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Set and track weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets, supporting team members in achieving these objectives. Implement and oversee a homebuying conversion program. Interface with multiple end-user (home purchaser) lenders to ensure sale transaction coordination is achieved in an appropriate timeline. Requirements: Over 3 years of sales experience in the MHC or residential sales industry preferred. Experience with chattel (manufactured home) lenders preferred Strong interpersonal communication skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Rent Manager (property management software) preferred. Familiarity with NADA pricing guidelines. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
