Arrange and coordinate the training schedules of professional instructors from various departments. Facilitate training sessions in person or virtually, ensuring all participants are engaged and actively learning. Track, record, and maintain files throughout Production Operator certification process File and archive relevant materials (training courses, training sign-in sheets, assessment results, and assessment papers) Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements Keep up-to-date with the latest training and development trends, techniques, and technologies Manage training logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, room reservations, equipment, and materials Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including department managers, employees, and external training providers Conduct process review meetings Maintain accurate records of all departments' training activities and attendance Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation. Strong organization, presentation, and facilitation skills. Experience with virtual training platforms and technologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Proficient in Microsoft Office and training software programs. Education and Experience: Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Walking and standing for extended period of time may be required. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times with assistance.
