You'll lead, plan, and coordinate the efforts of our talented HR team, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and strategies. You will lead the team across all HR functions, such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, leadership development, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and nurturing a positive work culture. This HR leadership role requires significant depth and breadth of HR experience, knowledge, and skills: strategic leadership, tactical management, and significant, direct experience with progressive responsibilities in all or nearly all aspects of the full HR scope of responsibilities are essential for this position. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Lead the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and training programs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our HR strategies remain cutting-edge. Manage departmental budget and resources effectively. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Possesses integrity, empathy, consultative approach to employee relations/policy development, strong relationship builder. Entrepreneurial spirit. Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems. Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Ability to adapt to evolving organizational needs. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred. Minimum 10 years of HR leadership and strategic HR management at a Director level or above required. Previous experience managing direct reports within an HR team. Extensive knowledge of HR compliance, employment legislation, and HR systems. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
