DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - BASED IN WASHINGTON OR OREGON

Villa Restaurant Group , a family owned, multi brand global Quick Service and Full Service restaurant company. The philosophy behind our kitchens and tables is really quite simple It is the commitment of our Culinary and Hospitality Team, whose goal is to deliver you an exceptional experience every time.

Based in Washington or Oregon, the Director of Operations is responsible for the daily operations of multiple restaurants within a specific region or division. This includes various duties such as restaurant operational excellence, Guest satisfaction, financial performance, business development, Team Member relations and compliance. Director of Operations is consistently focused on business development, operational excellence, and exceptional Guest serv ice.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain restaurant operational excellence with providing Guests with great food and consistently delivering an exceptional Guest experience.

Recruit/onboard to meet staffing needs. Train, cross-train, and maintain “best in class” Team Members.

Motivate Team Members to achieve maximum efficiency/effectiveness for Guest quality service.

Establishing sales and profit goals and helping managers devise a plan to meet these goals

Maintain operational P&L on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and prepare new unit budgets

Daily store visits (visit each store on a timely basis)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in management

Minimum 3 year’s multi-unit, restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service

Driver’s License and reliable transportation is required

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead in a team environment
