TRISTAR is seeking an Logistics Management Analyst II for our upcoming government customer located in Crane, IN

Position Description: The Logistics Management Analyst II will provide support to the ALQ-99 TJS program in Crane, IN Responsible for ALQ-99 PME and SE asset tracking. WBS Project updates and PPT updates as Task Lead support Will assist with quarterly briefs and any other briefs required in support of project execution. Assist with OP Center updates - Resources, Spend Plans, Tasking Metrics, etc Work with Crane financial group to assist with all the financial aspects of the above tasking You will not be doing any of the financial work but you will be helping to put together briefing materials

Position Responsibilities: Provide quality management, analytical support, configuration management, management of records, and correspondence Proficient in management of workflows for receiving CM data as well as analyzing and routing data, providing recommendations, monitoring reviews, and reporting status updates Able to work independently and be detail oriented Attend meetings and provide meeting minutes when applicable

Position Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, and/or supply support related jobs or activities Exceptional interpersonal skills and judgment to know how to navigate and resolve challenging situations Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experienced in collecting CM data from multiple sources, to organize and analyze data to: manage records, schedules and correspondence, provide analysis, compile metrics, and produce reports in a usable format or report Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and the entire MS Office Suite also database applications Must be a US Citizen An active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one

Education and Certifications: HS/GED OR Associates Degree
