Position Summary

Our Customer Service Level 3 are a key link between our customers and Sales Representatives ensuring the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction. A passion to provide service and solve problems with strong communication skills is essential.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Customer Service Level 3 will:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to ranking/President's Club Packaging Consultants
  • Handle all customer quote requests
  • Provide expertise is solving customer problems
  • Perform Contract Review
  • Work with the customers on product substitution when required
  • Effectively and timely communication with customers as needed
  • All duties in OPS CS- Level 2.
  • Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as requested.
Depending on the business supporting, the CS Level 3 may:
  • Provide customers assistance with product issues.
  • Manage customer pricing
  • Assist with sales onboarding and training
Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • 5+ years in customer service experience
