About the Role:

Happy is seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Temecula, CA. This role is pivotal in driving our business forward by engaging with potential clients and demonstrating the value of our software platform. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a track record in sales, ready to contribute to our startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential B2B clients
  • Conduct platform demos, highlighting benefits and features
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or 5 years equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development with a record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience in managing and closing complex sales-cycles
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales automation tools
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strategic sales planning and execution experience in technology or SAAS sectors
  • Understanding of how SAAS products can transform business processes
  • Familiarity with digital transformation trends
  • Experience with customer success and complex negotiation scenarios
