As Technical Product Owner, you will design and build our cloud services, Integrate Cloud Security and Enhance web portal. Working with our product Leaders and Stake holders, you'll develop reusable Cloud services components and portals that manages the B2B Lifecycle.

In this role you can expect to:

  1. Responsible for designing, deliver and implement the key modules of KHub in AWS which is POS solutions, B2B, E-Commerce team, Payments, Integrated Banking and other Deposits.com API.
  2. Own all phases of the product development life cycle, from conception to delivery to customers.
  3. Craft code that meets our internal standards for style and scalability
  4. Collaborate with other developers to flesh out technical requirements.
  5. Learn from other engineers and help drive continuous improvement of our platform.
  6. Work in an Agile-ish environment - we move fast and work in two-week sprints.
  7. Report directly to the CTO. Youll learn the ins and outs of our business and technology and your ideas will always be heard. Theres no red tape here.
  8. Work with agile methodologies and tools - including Confluence, Jira, working in a Lean/Agile/Scrum environment.
  9. Initiate and implement ITIL services to speed up the product development process.
  10. Work very closely with business stakeholder, AWS engineers, UI Developers, UX designer and architect to define product requirements and collaborate within agile teams to drive product management activities.
  11. You are responsible to integrate Flex Payments, Deposits.com payment API and CYCLR Cloud API integration and design the User specific module with easy UI/UX System.
  12. Provide SME (Subject Matter Expertise) in B2B (Business to Business) Payments and integrations with AP (Account Payable) automation and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
  13. Work with SQL DBA team to enhance and architect the multi-tenancy Database.
  14. Propose improvements to existing payment features, communicate and priorities these changes along with other development priorities and projects.
  15. Performing incremental and iterative product development, which can react very quickly to the market environment preferably using Agile methodology.
  16. Participate in preparation/prioritization of portfolio/solution backlogs to continuously synthesize into program backlog and team backlogs.
  17. Identify gaps between current system and client/market needs.
  18. Coordinate with UAT teams on testing resources and timelines, content being tested, ensuring requirements trace back to test scenarios and cases, and ensuring who is responsible for the requirements being tested.
  19. Write Complex SQL Queries, Stored procedures, data load scripts, and fine tuning the queries to optimize the performance in Oracle database.
  20. Develop an Inventory of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and workflows to support the new processes and solution across work streams.

  • Participate in preparation/prioritization of portfolio/solution backlogs to continuously synthesize into program backlog and team backlogs.
  • Identify gaps between current system and client/market needs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelors degree in business or engineering related discipline;
  • Overall + years of which 4+ years in Product management in IT E-commerce or AWS implemented projects.
  • Hands on experience in installation, configuration and support of enterprise software.
  • Experience with POS retail Integrations, ITIL and Banking/Payments Integrations is MUST.
  • Experience with SCRUM methodology
