- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely reordering and maintenance.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication, both written and verbal.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash transactions.
- Manage accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
- Assist in coordinating and process weekly payroll hours for employees.
- Collaborate with the HR department on recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Liaise with IT personnel to ensure proper functioning of office equipment, software, and systems.
- Provide administrative assistance to senior executives, including generating reports, preparing presentations, and managing calendars.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all tasks, to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions, both internal and external individuals.
This role is designated as safety-sensitive due to responsibilities that could entail the use of motor vehicles, mobile equipment, working at heights, climbing ladders, and utilizing lift equipment.
