Bringing your collaborative approach, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your ideas within a supportive environment that seeks to include a variety of perspectives, while assisting the business in preparing analysis for transactions. In addition, you will liaise with the Tax Advisory department to comprehend US tax law requirements on specific transactions as well as liaising closely with Business Unit Finance, Legal Entity Controllers and Tax Advisory teams to understand and highlight potential tax technical issues with accounting positions, transactions and new products.

What you offer

  • Experience preparing tax provision, effective tax rate calculations, taxable income and deferred tax computations as well as preparing test tax basis computations based on balance sheet approach for book/tax differences
  • Expertise preparing tax payable and tax receivables reconciliations for cash flow and Foreign Exchange hedging purposes and assess potential impact of changes in organizations from a tax compliance and accounting perspective
  • A bachelors degree in accounting or finance, Masters in Tax and/or CPA designation
  • 3-6 years of experience working in financial services or public accounting environments.
