We are looking for a Material Handling and Logistics Supervisor to join our teamThe Material Handling and Logistics Supervisor will oversee various roles in the Logistics Department to support US Launch Programs.Responsibilities:* Lead material handlers to supports production and warehouse* Track production and inventory and work with related to systems and process applications issues as needed* Support the ERP system's integration with PFEP, Kanban, Level load, and other planning tools as required* Simplify and standardize the Cycle Count process resulting in ABC compliance, and within adjustment tolerance* Drive excellence within Inventory management processes complying with defined PFEP standard routines* Support adherence to all Internal and External Audit certifications required that are related to ERP and Planning* Review shipments /receipts for quality accuracyExperience and SkillsQualifications* Bachelor's degree required. Field of study in Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing or other related field, preferred.* Proven quantitative ability, and good communication skills* Minimum 2 years' experience performing a supply chain function, preferably within a manufacturing environment.* Capable of working with cross-culture teams* Knowledge of Lean manufacturing shop floor applications (pull systems,) preferred* Proven computer skills proficiency including Excel.* Demonstrable abilities in reporting, dash-board data analysis and trends discovery for providing measurable insights to all sales-related functionsJJE North America is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer regardless of age, color, national origin, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital status, status as a disabled veteran and/or veteran or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
