Job Title: Material Handler

Join Kelly, a leading staffing agency, as a Material Handler in our dynamic warehouse team. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by receiving, storing, and shipping materials and products.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify paperwork and prepare building labels as necessary.
  • Process Goods Receipts in SAP for incoming shipments.
  • Coordinate shipping issues with relevant staff in each building.
  • Support Receiving functions in Building 2 as needed.
  • Record stock transactions, including receiving parts into stock, issuing parts to production orders, and adjusting stock counts, using SAP and PC or barcode scanners.
  • Count all parts going in and out of stock accurately.
  • Unpack packages and stock parts on storage shelves.
  • Fill transport carts and deliver to work centers safely and efficiently.
  • Implement and maintain 5S workplace organization in storage areas.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, identifying and addressing potential problems efficiently.
  • Be capable of standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
  • Lift a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Perform other related duties as designated by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be flexible to work in both receiving and assembly line roles.
