Responsibilities Manage full-lifecycle Recruitment assignments (Source, qualify, and interview candidates; coordinate screening and assessments; obtain approvals, pitch, and negotiate job offers) in compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines. Keep informed on industry trends and impactful market updates; seek out technologies and/or tools to expand the Recruitment toolkit. Partner with key business stakeholders to identify hiring needs; collaborate and advise internal teams on Inclusive Hiring best practices and influence organizational decision-making. Seek out and foster relationships with professional organizations; evaluate opportunities for talent engagement and organizational partnership. Maintain utmost confidentiality as is expected in an HR capacity. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in-house Recruitment; preferably hiring for high-volume, shift-based positions (Retail, Customer Care/Call Center experience highly preferred). Experience building strong cross-functional/organizational relationships; ability to influence decision-making. Agile nature; able to work proactively, manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Aptitude for critical thinking and solutions-driven problem solving. Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS); preferably Workday. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process; understands inclusive hiring practices and can mitigate unconscious bias. Knowledge of common recruiting practices and applicable regulations. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $113,500. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan. Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements

As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.
