Responsibilities & Qualifications

Primary Areas of Responsibility
  • Calendar scheduling, planning and management
  • Coordinate executive communications, including calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients and employees
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents
  • Book and manage travel itineraries
  • Ability to use professional judgement and provide prioritization to tasks, appointments and schedule conflicts
  • Preparation of meeting materials, packets, binders
Secondary Duties
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions despite circumstances
  • Keep and organize system of electronic documents
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Maintain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
  • Create and communicate office policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the process improvement and efficiencies of office operations
  • Maintain and update email contact distribution lists, and other similar systems
Required Qualifications
  • Requires BA/BS degree
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting administrative and professional tasks for a C-Suite Executive, experience with government contracting a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and understanding of SharePoint and OneNote
  • Ability to collaborate, great organizational skills and proven ability to multitask
  • Must have strong writing skills
  • Ability to be onsite often and early to help prep for meetings
  • Ability to be proactive
  • Flexible in general and personality
  • Must be able to pas DHS suitability background check
Overview

We are seeking a Sr Business Analyst to join our team supporting a DHS contract in Arlington, VA.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) mission is to lead the national effort to protect and enhance the resilience of the nation's physical and cyber infrastructure. CISA includes the CISA Management and Business Service Offices and four Divisions: the Cybersecurity Division (CD), the Emergency Communications Division (ECD), the Infrastructure Security Division (ISD), the Integrated Operations Division (IOD), the Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED), as well as, the National Risk Management Center (NRMC), which are headquartered with the National Capital Region (NCR).
