Your role will be to be part of the Optotune America team, build out our existing relationships, grow our sales further, and expand our global footprint.
Your Opportunity
Recruit and lead a local sales, application engineering & marketing team
Strengthen the relationships with existing key accounts
Acquire new business in the US, Canada & Mexico
Provide feedback to product management
Manage and foster local sales partners
Support local marketing activities including several trade shows
Qualifications
Must have technical background (MSc or equivalent)
At least 7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in optics
Market knowledge in medical, microscopy, semiconductor and vision applications
Ability to identify new customers, build up & maintain relationships
Ability to understand customers' technical requirements and suggest solutions
Passion for sales, friendly personality, well organized, autonomous and prepared to travel internationally
Excellent knowledge of English, good knowledge of Spanish, other languages advantageous
Good working knowledge in MS Office applications
