Role Description Join our team as a full-time Marketing Coordinator and Office Manager based in Reno, NV. In this role, you will support sales and marketing activities, manage our Social Media accounts, and oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include working with data systems, organizing information, and updating marketing materials to support the Sales Team.

Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong writing and content creation abilities. Project management skills, including organization and multitasking. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Experience in the hospitality or design industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Office Management: Maintain regular office hours from 9-5. Organize travel arrangements and itineraries. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Plan and coordinate events and handle HR-related issues. Organize and plan meetings, including taking notes. Marketing Coordination: Assist the creative manager in content creation. Support engagement efforts with prospects on social media. Manage the CEO and US Territory manager's LinkedIn accounts. Support social media campaigns and connect to internal data. Track and optimize marketing campaign success through CRM. Assist in creating marketing materials and coordinate with external vendors and agencies. Sales Support: Fully manage the CRM system (HubSpot) and Sales Pipeline. Assist in general business development tasks, including meeting preps and summaries. Assist in creating presentations and other administrative tasks as required. by Jobble
