We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions and maintain relationships with your designated customers within the 3pl.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Handle order processing and administrative inventory control functions
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office experience
