About Us:

As a Marketing Communications Assistant at Web Craft Stylers, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing and communications efforts to promote our services and enhance our brand presence. Working closely with the Marketing Communications Manager, you will help execute strategic marketing initiatives across various channels to engage our target audience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, generating insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support the management of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Basic knowledge of web design principles and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
  • Passion for technology, design, and digital innovation.
