Job Description

We are seeking a **Senior Transportation Civil Engineer** with a minimum of **8 years** of **highway and roadway** related engineering experience. This position will provide a unique opportunity for you to design and manage all aspects of a diverse array of public and private sector projects in a team environment. Responsibilities for this position may include:

* Plan and implement highway, local roadway, and multi-modal projects

* Develop drawings, cost estimates and specifications for various improvements

* Perform studies and write reports

* Periodic transportation engineering support for other KPFF offices

* Support project scoping, schedules and budgets

* Engage with clients to define and achieve a successful outcome

* Support business development pursuits to grow our business in the Inland NW

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

* Professional Engineering (PE) License in Idaho, or ability to attain one within 6 months

* 8 years of experience providing civil engineering services

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Leadership aptitude

Project experience with Idaho agencies, such as ITD, local highway districts, and local municipalities is highly desired.
