Assists in the hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of personnel. Assures quality customer service by monitoring staff. Researches and analyzes data entry operations, and develops and implements modifications, policies, and procedures that will enhance staff knowledge, and improve operational quality and effectiveness. Ensures that all Admissions and Recruitment modules are working effectively and efficiently; staff are trained in the use of the system; the data has integrity; proper security is in place to prevent unauthorized access and processing; testing of system upgrades are performed; and reporting is occurring timely and accurately. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Individuals must possess knowledge, as well as the following skills and abilities or be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively interact with administration, faculty, students, staff, and outside contacts. 2. Percentage Of Time Percentage Of Time 10 Job Duty Collaborates with the office of Enrollment Data Systems to validate and manage applicant data in Slate and ODS and assists with development and validation of applicant data reporting and analysis.
