Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their recruiting needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed weekly KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Technology: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and various sales tools.
