A successful candidate must possess and apply a working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and GAAP. Major Responsibilities and Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Gather and monitor financial data. Prepares and/or assists with financial statements, job margin analysis, KPI reports, and various ad hoc reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Prepare budgets for the company and by department. Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies. Analyze financial trends. Perform accounting tasks of varying degrees in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting which requires knowledge of accounting policies, procedures, and systems within ICC Group. Forecast costs and revenues. Help to advise company leaders on investment practices and strategies. Manage necessary tax payments. Complete special projects as directed by the manager or senior management. Assist with year-end audit. Perform month-end and year-end close processes. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of financial accounting, or job-relevant experience Knowledge of GAAP and current tax code Knowledge of accounting or database software, including Ajera and SAP (B1) Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software Ability to interpret and critically evaluate financial reporting data for accuracy Strong work ethic, attention to detail and accuracy High level of conscientiousness and problem-solving Ability to work alone and collaborate with groups High Proficiency in Word, and Adobe Products Excellent verbal and written communication Solid knowledge of accounting regulations Career & Competency Emphasis Career Level: Mid to High Level Competency Emphasis Technical Knowledge
