Director of Incident Response Review

Who We Are:

As a member of TransPerfect Staffing Solutions, the Director of Incident Response Review will oversee the team of professionals that deliver quality service and products to clients facing a data breach. You will design and implement a number of processes that support project and business needs. A key aspect of this role is being able to understand client needs and drive efficiencies for the success of the division as well as our clients.

What You Will Be Doing:

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Project Management and Review teams and ensuring they are supported through training, access to technology, and clearly documented processes
  • Ensure that teams are meeting service expectations while maintaining reasonable workload allocation
  • Analyze and improve use of technology to drive savings and quality for client needs
  • Supervise client communications to ensure that service expectations are exceeded
  • Ensure that projects successfully meet client deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements
  • Provide feedback and manage expectations of sales teams and clients to support the team in delivering ideal service
Who We Are Looking For:

Your experience includes:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to understand client needs and take active measures to solve problems
  • Experience in Data Breach/Incident Response role highly preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical skills for use and implementation of technology
