Description

Our Customer Support team has an opening as our Customer Support Specialist - International role This position will serve a critical role in correctly processing of international Purchase Orders (customer orders, jobs, projects, and SROs) and documentation for proper processing of international orders through to shipment end user.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Receive, process, and accept incoming POs in the system. Download POs as needed from customer portals.
  • Manage the new customer setup process by collecting the appropriate information.
  • Maintain terms established in MSAs and SPAs.
  • Verify that orders meet all required criteria (price, lead time, validity, payment terms, customer information, etc.).
  • Track jobs for invoicing and milestone payments.
  • Provide timely and up to date information to customers and internal team members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing sales-related correspondence and emails.
  • Identify and resolve problems efficiently and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain necessary order-related documentation, while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and inquiries effectively.
  • Submit and track warranty and concessions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in their implementation if approved.
Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes within the organization
  • High attention to detail
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Experience in sales-related processes with international customers
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and decision making related to routine duties
