Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer issues and provide solutions or escalate to senior representatives as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer needs.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

Requirements
