Ascenso Tires North America is expanding its sales team. Were seeking a qualified sales representative to sell Ascenso agriculture, Industrial, & construction tires in the Northeast. Territory includes New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. The sales representative must have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.Objectives of this roleRepresent the companys products and servicesGenerate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customersDevelop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the fieldResponsibilitiesMaintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunitiesIdentify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categoriesPossess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objectionsPrepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentationsAchieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentationsCoordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that goals are being met and company standards are being upheldRequired skills and qualificationsThree or more years of sales experience within the tire industryExcellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skillsStrong ability to balance persuasion with professionalismLive in the territoryTravel within territory as requiredPreferred skills and qualificationsBachelors degree or equivalentProven success rate at levels above sales quotaBenefitsCompetitive pay structure (based + commission)401(K)Health & Dental InsurancePaid time off#J-18808-Ljbffr
