How do you excel in this position

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive customer support, handling inbound calls and ensuring their resolution. Responsibilities include conveying customer needs to technicians, overseeing paperwork completion, and maintaining service department protocols. Additional tasks involve fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, managing service call logs and reports, processing warranty paperwork, coordinating with vendors for orders, managing inventory, and assisting in collections.

What are we looking for
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Previous work experience in similar position.
  • Excellent computer skills. Microsoft Office experience required.
  • Great customer service skills required.
  • Some travel is required.
Additional skills preferred but not required
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a service related role.
