Our hotel is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to primarily supervise the front desk team and ensure smooth operations to generate excellent guest interaction and satisfaction scores. Responds to guests by providing professional and timely information and services. You will ensure that hotel charges are processed accurately to the guest’s accounts, invoices, and bills are verified. Responsibilities include:

Always ensure excellent customer service. Supervise daily shifts process ensuring all team members adhere to the standard operating procedures. Training of employees to resolve issues or problems in a professional and accurate manner. Allocate rooms of expected arrivals after checking guest preference. Working the desk to ensure professional and friendly check-ins and check-outs. Act as a link between guests and hotel management. Implement procedures to improve service to attract new customers. Job Requirements:

If you are interested in kickstarting your career in the hotel industry and have the following skills, we would love to speak with you: A keen eye for detail, time management, and great customer service skills. Supervising experience is preferred but not necessary. Pleasant and friendly demeanor. Able to work as a team and independently. Flexible working hours. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards. Physical mobility and stamina. Must be able to pass a background check. Ability to follow instructions.
