Position Summary

, and administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other fringe benefits

ensuring they are cost-effective, compliant, and meet the diverse needs of our workforce. Stay

industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Partner

with senior leadership and the Board of Directors to design and manage executive compensation programs

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

, Business Administration, Finance, or related field;

years of progressive experience in total rewards management, including compensation, benefits, and executive compensation. Minimum of

in a

leadership role directing

evaluating the performance of direct reports. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation preferred. E
