The over 13.000 employees across the globe serve virtually all the airlines, aircraft leasing companies and airframe manufacturers worldwide.Requirements:The Financing Cash and Credit Director (FCC) is a key leadership role within the finance department, responsible for overseeing all aspects of cash management, credit operations, and financing activities within the company. The Director collaborates closely with divisions CFOs and headquarters to develop and implement financial strategies that optimize cash flow, manage credit risk, and support the organization's growth objectives. The Director will manage hierarchically 2 people and will transversally drive CFOs within companies and divisions on all cash topics . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline. Minimum of 5 - 7 years of credit and collections experience (with 3 - 5 managing collections/credit processes). Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data; designs workflows and procedures. Understands business implications of decisions; Displays orientation to profitability; Aligns work with strategic goals. Treats external and internal customers with tact, diplomacy and dignity; manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.Day To Day Responsibilities: Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize cash and ensure efficient use of financial resources Perform Cash analysis on actuals and challenge Cash forecasts (ROFO, BUDGET ACTU, MTP) Provide leadership, mentorship on change management and guidance to the cash management and credit teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement Analyze working Capital variances and propose some improvement solutions Manage Treasury topics such as banking and cash management projects, payments and treasury systems Diagnose local bank performance, approve and manage in agreement with company headquarters Monitor Cash compliance with Internal Control within the Group Ensure the monitoring of credit cards policy and credit Manage and analyze foreign exchange risks and actual impacts including hedging Oversee credit policies, procedures, and controls to manage credit risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Support sales teams on trade finance and manage credit and payment terms Manage trade finance instruments such as Guarantees Work on special projects to help drive improvement in business performance and development of various ad hoc financial analysis, as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, legal, and operations, to support business initiatives and ensure alignment with financial objectives Collaborate with Safran Headquarters Treasury team, Credit Management and Trade Finance team, and Controlling team Perform all other duties as assignedCompany Description Founded by veterans of the staffing industry, StaffingForce is a recognized leader in the staffing industry, serving customers ranging from the Fortune 500 to medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurial start-ups.We provide full-time and temporary specialized staffing services regardless of occupation, industry, or location.
