**Job Details** **Description** The Sales Coordinator I - Georgia, will report directly to the Used Equipment Manager and be responsible for supporting branch personnel and Lift Truck sales operations through the detailed handling of a variety of administrative duties including greeting customers and guests, handling incoming calls, enrolling new and used equipment warranty, hauling and invoicing of new and used equipment, coordinating national account deliveries, performing administrative and other sales coordination tasks, producing sales reports, and other general support duties for management as required. * Create a welcoming atmosphere for employees, customers, and guests * Handle incoming phone calls to the branch * Take and deliver messages to Branch Personnel * Communicate effectively with Branch Personnel to address customer needs * Enroll new/used equipment warranty into sales and service systems * Coordinate equipment receipt, cost breakdowns, internal communication, and installations of national account deliveries * Coordinate new and used demonstrations * Hauling and coordination for new, used, and lease return equipment * Invoice used equipment and new as required * Perform other sales administrative and coordination tasks as required * Produce reports for management as required * Purchase supplies for Branch personnel *
