Lead the initiation, planning, and implementation of new projects in AI. This includes defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Data Management Expertise:

Utilize expertise in Data Pipelines, Databricks, and Snowflake to enhance data integration, processing, and analytics capabilities. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to support data-driven decision-making processes. Team Collaboration and Management:

Work closely with IT teams, data scientists, and business analysts to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Innovation and Research:

Stay abreast of the latest developments in Appian tools, AI technologies, and data management practices. Propose and implement innovative solutions that can provide competitive advantages to the organization. Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and gather feedback. Ensure that all IT solutions align with the strategic goals of the organization. Skills and Qualifications: Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in IT architecture, with substantial experience in developing applications using Appian tools and leading AI projects. Technical Expertise:

Profound knowledge of Data Pipelines, Databricks, and Snowflake. Experience in integrating various data sources and maintaining large-scale data systems. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or higher is preferred. Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills are essential. Communication Skills:

Excellent presentation and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Desired Skills: Certifications: Certifications in Appian, Databricks, Snowflake, or related fields are highly desirable. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This role requires a combination of on-site and remote work. The candidate should be prepared to travel occasionally as per project requirements.
