Position Overview:
The role of a Solutions Architect, Hyperscale is pivotal in delivering advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to some of the largest clients in the industry. As a member of the NVIDIA Solutions Architecture team, you will engage with key customers to develop and implement AI/ML and High-Performance Computing (HPC) software solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Hyperscale partners to create and showcase solutions leveraging NVIDIA's innovative software and hardware technologies.
- Work alongside Sales Account Managers and Developer Relations Managers to identify and capture business opportunities for NVIDIA's offerings.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for clients, assisting them in constructing intricate infrastructures and understanding performance metrics for optimal solutions.
- Conduct regular technical meetings with clients to discuss project specifics, features, new technologies, and troubleshooting.
- Assist clients in developing Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to meet essential business requirements.
- Prepare and present technical materials to clients, including workshops and presentations.
- Evaluate and devise solutions for client performance challenges related to both AI and system performance.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (BS/MS/PhD) in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related engineering disciplines, or equivalent experience.
- Strong motivation and skills to drive technical pre-sales initiatives.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar roles.
- Experience in establishing performance benchmarks for systems, including GPU and multi-node configurations.
- Hands-on experience in developing AI and HPC applications.
- Comprehensive understanding of systems architecture, including PCIe topologies and networking, in relation to overall application performance.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly through documentation and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong technical background.
- Practical experience with Deep Learning and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA hardware and software solutions.
- Hands-on experience with GPU systems, including performance testing and AI benchmarking.
- Creative problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
While extensive use of conferencing tools is standard, occasional travel may be necessary for on-site client engagements and industry events.

The base salary range for this position is between 148,000 USD and 230,000 USD, determined by factors such as location, experience, and internal compensation benchmarks.
