REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

We are looking for a customer focused, team oriented, relationship building, deal closing, self-starter with commercial roofing industry experience or knowledge in substrates, membranes, and coatings solutions.

Job Description

General Job Description Manage selling process from start to finish – prospecting, providing samples, evaluating roof condition, pricing material, submitting orders, customer service, and more. This applies to contractors, building owners, and distributors. Assist contractors to become Certified Licensed Applicators. Train as necessary. Work through application paperwork process. Work through warranty paperwork process. Provide support as necessary. Qualify leads and provide to contractors. Bring on and train independent reps if deemed viable and necessary. Attend and exhibit at trade shows and other business development events. Work with marketing department to develop promotional materials and programs within your region. Assist with managing distribution facility if deemed necessary for market. Attend and participate in regular team meetings both in person and online. Ability to work solo towards team and individual goals while maintaining focus on safety, compliance, and quality standards. Willingness to travel extensively. Overnight travel of 75% each week is expected. Relocation may be required to reside within designated Sales Region.
