Associate Director, Recruiting
Role summary:
The Associate Director of Recruiting will focus on the Interim and Project Services practice. This role develops, maintains and manages a diversified team of accounting and financial consultants for project engagements and short-term assignments. This role allows professionals to leverage their recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with consultants. The Associate Director of Recruiting has a sense of urgency and can prioritize competing responsibilities and projects.
This role will be on-site in our beautiful El Segundo office.
Responsibilities:
Develop recruiting strategies based on market conditions and current/projected client engagements.
Conduct candidate sourcing and interviews to evaluate the skills of prospective consultants.
Manage candidate interview lifecycle from sourcing to offer, including interview prep, scheduling, and day to day communication.
Process background checks, evaluate candidate references and collect required employee application paperwork.
Negotiate and ensure engagement documentation is executed.
Manage consultant deployment, scheduling and project-end dates through regular communication.
Present updates highlighting candidate pipeline at weekly team meetings.
Assist Client Services team in determining matches for open projects, participate in business development discussions and assist the team with engagement-related issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
2+ years of professional experience in recruiting, sales or
accounting/finance.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases.
Recruiting experience for accounting/finance is highly preferred, but not required.
Success Factors:
Ability to establish strong working relationships with prospective and current candidates and clients.
Proactive approach and strong multi-tasking and/or management skills.
Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods, sourcing tools and strategies.
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
Integrity and confidentiality.
Our Benefits:
Century Group offers an excellent compensation package, including a competitive base salary and an incentive plan with unlimited earning potential. Total compensation will range from $100,000 to $300,000 with a base salary between $65,000 -
$75,000 DOE.
Strong benefits package includes medical, dental, vision within 30-days of employment.
Company matching 401(k) plan, Life Insurance, Parental Leave Benefits, Paid Time Off (PTO) and 10 paid holidays.
