Responsibilities:

The Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) is the central resourcing function for the Air National Guard (ANG). This Task Order (TO) will provide the necessary information technology (IT) help desk operational support services to campus personnel to ensure the ANGRC staffs mission capabilities.

Shall provide bi-monthly training opportunities to the end-users as requested. The training shall include both the traditional instructor-led classroom training as well as online training. The training shall cover a wide range of IT-related topics from usage of COTS and Government-specific products to security awareness:

  1. Solicit training needs from 10 ANGRC directorates

  2. Develop training curriculum and materials to include on-line training

  3. Manage enrollment

  4. Schedule training rooms and sessions

  5. Keep track of staff training records

Shall ensure that its members are properly trained or have a local capability to be trained on the use of the IT tools provided to them. To support the training mission:

  1. Conduct assessment of user training requests

  2. Schedule and/or conduct classes with agreement of the COR to enhance a functional groups' technical proficiency

  3. Maintain detailed records of training plans, designs, and feedback

  4. Develop and submit operational training documents for approval in support of ANGRC network related procedures monthly (2-3 documents), training aids to assist end users monthly (4-5 documents), and monthly leaflets that socialize planned changes to the campus IT environment (1-2 documents)

  5. Answer trouble tickets for training related issues

Shall conduct training on materials provided by the Government that may consist of the following:

  1. Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  2. Microsoft Teams

  3. Adobe Acrobat

  4. Task Management Tool (TMT)

  5. ANGRC processes include Help Desk workflows, monthly ANGRC orientation, and equipment operation.


Qualifications:

It is required that the Senior Training and Development Specialist have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Hold a current IAT level 2 certification
  • Possess a minimum of five years of experience or an IT bachelors degree and three years of experience
