This role is essential in supporting various training initiatives for both military and civilian personnel. The individual will engage in a range of technical and administrative tasks to enhance training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing military technical training resources and the selection process for training allocations.

Qualifications:
This is a temporary position with a duration of up to 12 months. Candidates must meet the specialized experience criteria as outlined in the OPM Qualification Standards for the Education and Training Technician Series.
Specialized Experience:
- At least one year of relevant experience at the GS-04 level or equivalent.
- Proficiency in word processing software to produce various documents, including letters and reports.
- Understanding of military and civilian training programs, including their objectives and procedures.
- Experience in supporting educational personnel in training activities.
Education:
Applicants may qualify through a combination of education and experience. A minimum of four years of education beyond high school from an accredited institution is required if relying on education alone.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Familiarity with civilian and military training programs and their operational frameworks.
- Ability to effectively use various software applications related to training and personnel management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Additional Information:
All candidates must submit relevant documentation to support their qualifications. Volunteer work and part-time experience will be considered as part of the evaluation process.
