The server assistant under the direction of the management team. The primary responsibilities include clearing and setting tables while providing exceptional service to your guests.

Duties & Functions

•Deliver prompt, excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience

•Promptly empty, clean, and set tables

•Clear items when guests are finished

•Prepare, assist, and maintain all VIP reservation areas

•Assist with VIP Guest presentation to table

•Complete all guest requests in relation to service

•Ensure tables are ready to receive arriving guests

•Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant

•Clear and reset tables

•Communicate and assist food servers

•Handle cash transactions in accordance with the property's cash handling policy

•Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards and guest relations and etiquette

•Knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware and menu items

•Maintains current knowledge of hotel culture, amenities, and services, events in the area, points of interest, and services in the area

•All other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Qualifications & Standards

•At least one year of experience in a restaurant busser role

•Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

•Hotel experience preferred
