Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Order Entry Representative with a minimum of 3 years in a customer service role, preferably within a call center or Direct-to-Customer environment. This role requires proficiency with CRM systems and other customer service software. The successful candidate will exhibit excellent phone and email etiquette, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers. Organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail are essential. The role demands flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, work well under pressure, and a self-motivated, results-oriented attitude. Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, is necessary.
