We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team As the first point of contact, our Customer Service Advisor is responsible for helping customers determine repairs and maintenance required for their vehicle, communicating any costs that could be incurred during their service, and relaying information to the service technicians. The Customer Service Advisor stays in contact with the customer, providing updates on the status of their vehicle, and ensures that all required services are completed. Obtaining customer and vehicle information. Advising customers on the care of and the value of maintaining their vehicles. Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage, and vehicle history. Determining needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues. Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer. Preparing complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts. Monitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently. Verifying final invoice reflects services performed on the work order. Increasing customer satisfaction by building customer relations. Maintaining the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations.
