We are currently looking for confident, energetic, outgoing and tech-savvy candidates to join our merchant support team, which is constantly adapting to new developments in the payment industry. If you are looking for a full-time position Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, look no further.

Our technical support team is responsible for all incoming calls from our small and medium-sized US merchants. Daily duties range from programming and shipping processing terminals and POS systems, to installing via phone and in person processing systems, to high level technical support of point-of-sale systems, including identifying and resolving all support requirements of our merchants.
Our Technical Support Specialist contribute to ensuring that SPS merchants maintain their productivity and service performance standards.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
• Answer inbound technical support calls from our merchants.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of merchant requests.
• Maintain a professional attitude even with difficult merchants, and always foster merchant loyalty.
• Program and install new processing systems ie: dejavoo, PAX, Clover and other POS systems
• Perform any other related tasks that are deemed essential to the success of the company and the satisfaction of our merchants.
Qualifications (Skills/Experience)
• Demonstrates strong tact, discretion, and ethics – is a team player.
• Able to ''think outside the box'', and to be creative in introducing new ideas.
• Take initiative and responsibility for the quality of their work.
• Possesses outstanding service skills.
• Excellent communications skills (written and spoken) in English (and Spanish, is a plus).
• Advanced computer, typing, and MS Office suite skills.
