Job Description:

In our pursuit of excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to third-party personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and informative training sessions on current technical courses at various locations.

  • Provide coaching, technical expertise, and encouragement to students while allowing them structured opportunities to develop their own proficiency.

  • Actively supervise and hold students accountable in the classroom and lab to ensure participation and motivation while maintaining a safe learning environment.

  • Prepare weekly reports of activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a technician for a third-party or as a qualified instructor for a third-party is required.

  • An ASE Master Automotive certification plus L1 or L2 is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively connect with technicians/students, fellow staff, and third-party personnel.

  • Knowledge of MS Office and a variety of manufacturer programs is necessary.

  • The ability to clear a MVR background check and have a valid US Passport is required.

  • Frequent travel (75%) including possible international travel is expected.
